What you'll do
- Drive the Automotive change to e-mobility by being part of the Automotive Innovation
Project Management - Steer Innovation Projects and help to launch the next generation of Automotive
Adhesives - Stand up for your project in front of the management to report the status, KPIs and to
highlight risks - Guide the project team through challenging dynamic developments and ensure that
changes are properly tracked - Be the troubleshooter and keep an eye on timing, cost and quality of the Project

What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in business, chemistry or engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in automotive or chemical project management
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Fluent German and English skills
This position is limited to one year.
