About this Position
What you´ll do
- Plan the replenishment of finished goods from production sites outside of Europe into various countries within Europe
- Take ownership of the planning responsibility for your assigned product portfolio
- Maintain strong working relationships with Supply Planners in the other regions and Logistics in order toconfirm production/shipping schedules and ensure on-time in-full deliveries
- Cooperate closely with key departments like Logistics, Business Planning, Customer Service, Marketing, Packaging,
- Purchasing and 3PM
- Shortage management: Proactively report and manage service level issues and supply bottlenecks
- Manage the inventory to an optimum level, support the implementation of regional projects
- Project management
- Continuously optimize processes and setup
What makes you a good fit
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business Administration or Economics with focus on supply chain
- 1-2 years of proven work experience in Supply Planning role or related, fresh graduates are also welcome
- Fluent English (oral and written) is required
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
- Strong logical thinking & ability to think „outside of the box”
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Problem-solving attitude, influencing skills and team orientation
- Ability to work in a diverse environment and with colleagues from around the globe
- SAP APO planning tool knowledge is an advantage
