Packaging Transparency & Supplier Data Management Intern

About this Position
What you´ll do
- Support a global Packaging Transparency transformation program
- Engage with international suppliers to collect packaging data
- Coordinate supplier communication and onboarding activities
- Monitor project KPIs and data collection progress
- Consolidate, validate and analyze packaging specification data
- Support development of digital tools and reporting dashboards
- Prepare communication material, trainings and project updates
- Work with Procurement, Sustainability, Packaging Engineering and Digital teams
- Help improve compliance readiness for future sustainability regulations
- Gain hands-on experience in a global strategic procurement project

- Strong communication skills (email, presentations, stakeholder follow-up)
- Excellent Excel skills (data cleaning, tracking, reporting)
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- Proactive and self-driven personality
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to interact professionally with suppliers worldwide
- Digital mindset (Power BI, SharePoint, AI/Copilot, databases are a plus)
- Interest in sustainability, procurement, packaging, or supply chain topics
