About this Position
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the Media & Digital team in the day-to-day coordination and execution of Digital Media Campaigns, CRM and Consumer Engagement activities for the Italian market. You will work closely with media, CRM and website agency partners, supporting campaign planning and implementation, coordinating assets and timelines, monitoring key performance indicators through existing dashboards, and contributing to website and CRM initiatives. Over time, you will progressively become a reliable operational support across Media & Digital activities, with growing ownership of selected recurring processes.
What you´ll do
- Support the planning, coordination and implementation of Digital Media Campaigns, CRM and Consumer Engagement activities.
- Collaborate with media, CRM and website agency partners to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives, campaign assets and deliverables.
- Support campaign briefing processes and help coordinate implementation across multiple digital touchpoints.
Coordinate campaign assets, materials, timings and delivery, ensuring clear follow-up with internal stakeholders and external partners. - Support CRM activities, including newsletter deployment, content coordination and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate website content updates, product launches and digital assets in collaboration with external agencies.
- Monitor campaign execution and support the review of performance through existing dashboards and key performance indicators.
- Support the collection, organization and validation of campaign materials, assets and marketing content.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports and project documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Support the team in exploring and leveraging AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve productivity and digital marketing operations.
- Stay up to date with Digital Marketing, Consumer Engagement, AI and emerging technology trends to identify new opportunities and best practices.
Coordinate campaign assets, materials, timings and delivery, ensuring clear follow-up with internal stakeholders and external partners.
What makes you a good fit
- Master's degree, with a strong interest in Digital Marketing, Media, CRM and Consumer Engagement.
- Fluent to advanced English and Italian.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with numbers and KPIs.
- Strong interest in Digital Marketing and curiosity towards media, consumer engagement and digital innovation.
- Analytical mindset and passion for understanding campaign performance and key business indicators.
- Proactivity, willingness to learn and ability to work independently on recurring tasks over time.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, including the ability to interact with agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Learning agility and curiosity towards new technologies and AI-powered tools.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
