Quality Manager - Global Food, Hygiene, and Medical Standards

YOUR ROLE

  • Obtain and maintain certification according to international standards required Food, Hygiene, and Medical standards (FSSC 22000, ISO 13485, etc.) and meet business and customer requirements.

  • Understand International Management Standards and coordinate global implementation for food, hygiene, and medical.
  • Act as the global key contact and expert for the food, hygiene, and medical standards
  • Provide input into global food, hygiene, and medical strategies in implementation and maintaining these standards
  • Collaboration with global teams to define and standardize food, hygiene, and medical processes.
  • Identify and define internal food, hygiene, and medical global procedures
  • Support Customer Specific required implementation process for food, hygiene, and medical
  • Support external certifier and customer audits, as needed
  • Support food, hygiene, and medical standards incidents and complaints
  • Ability to conduct internal audits
  • Collect, analyze and interpret food, hygiene, medical, and customer audit data.
  • Be aware of changes to the International Management Standards applicable for food, hygiene, and medical.
  • Define internal training needs related to food, hygiene and medical standards

YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree in chemistry, engineering or related discipline
  • Years of total Experience: 4+ (preferred)
  • Years Exp. in Food, Hygiene, and Medical: 3 years (preferred)
  • Experience / knowledge of quality, food safety, hygiene, and medical standards with the understanding of customer requirements.(preferred)
  • Experience with GMP and tools such as A3, 8D, etc. (preferred)
  • Lead Auditor knowledge for FSSC 22000 and ISO 13485 (preferred)
