YOUR ROLE

  • Drive global roll-out of Adhesives Service Strategy
  • Responsible for Service Strategy project management, implementation tracking and performance monitoring
  • Run improvement projects in cross functional and cross regional teams
  • Prepare analyses and presentations for Henkel Adhesives top management
  • Develop smart reporting tools, create new level of transparency and set up standard governance approach
  • Extend existing Service Strategy catalogue and develop additional item strategies
  • Opportunity to work on independently on one of Henkel Adhesives strategic priorities
  • Tracking and monitoring of FTE transfers to the SSC
  • Cost charging and planning for the OTC workstream
  • Run harmonization projects and analysis to close white spots in processes
  • Collect information and align with regions and countries to create global view
  • Cooperate with many interfaces within the global organization


YOUR SKILLS

  • MSc business studies, ideally focused on Operations or International Business
  • 3-5 years work experience in supply chain and/or sales and marketing preferred
  • Strong analytical, goal-oriented and problem-solving competencies
  • Result driven and flexible personality
  • Team player that can also work independently
  • Open minded, curious attitude with strong willingness to achieve change
  • Excellent communication skills and storytelling skills
  • MS-Office knowledge, advanced level in Excel and Power Point
  • Knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, PPP) preferred
  • Good level of English  
  • International experience is an advantage
