(Junior) Account Manager

YOUR ROLE

  • Junior Sales position within the Key Account management team of the fastest grower within the Home&Laundry Care market, with individual responsibility for a number of mid sized accounts.
  • Responsibility for the management of this account, with the goal to realize targets on turnover, profit, market share and distribution. 
  • Prepare and implement account plans in the area of promotion, pricing and distribution based on the latest category and marketing insights
  • Analyze brand, client and market data and process this data into useful information and arguments
  • Cooperate with other departments including Marketing, Category Management, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain.
  • Market and brand analysis (i.e. presentations of sales)

YOUR SKILLS

  • Commercial profile with a basic experience in FMCG, preferably sales.
  • HBO or Master degree in Economics or Business studies.
  • Entry Level Experience in the FMCG or retail industry. 
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and pro-active personality with the ability to convert ideas into concrete actions and results. 
  • Team player who thinks in terms of solutions and feels full responsibility for the outcome of his/her job.
  • Good analytical skills and a sense for facts and figures 
  • Can deal with high work load and is able to set priorities with the customer in mind.
  • Excellent communication skills. Good at starting and maintaining business contacts.
