  • Ensure technical support to IND direct customers, distributors and sales force by visiting customers and following and acting for customers’ requests, projects, activities, answering and bringing timely support to customers’ complaints, questions from technical help desk, emails, phone calls, requests from sales force, testing and validating according to requirements or specifications 
  • Organize and transfer technical knowledge by handling or participating to training sessions for customers and sales force according the needs of the business and the BNL training plan, for the bonding, adhesives, and technologies he acts as referent 
  • Support Marketing activities by helping and checking the technical content of editorials, presentations, websites, or brochures, ensuring technical support for new products introduction, and supporting the technical concept and content for fairs/exhibitions, technical events, and taking an active part in those 
  • Initiate and support innovations in products, applications and related processes, share knowledge within the TCS team
  • Control and approve technical content of editorials, presentations, websites and brochures


  • Technical/Master degree in mechanics/materials science and engineering, or chemistry
  • Knowledge of adhesives and bonding technology appreciated, with some experience  
  • 3-5 years professional experience in industry area (mechanics, chemistry)
  • Dutch native language or fluent, customer contacts in Dutch, French language wanted\Good communication in English (speaking, writing) 
  • Good communication/negotiation skills, good customer contact
  • Good problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Can work in autonomy and good sense of organisation and priorities  
  • Team work and strong cooperation with different departments  
  • Knowledge and basic use of software as office, reports presentations
  • Can use digital tools, interested by new communication technologies 
  • Driving licence mandatory, travel could require up to 25-30% of the time
