An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our Global Logistics team in the Adhesive Technologies division in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will be dedicated to ensuring the implementation of global strategy within Logistics in our regions, being responsible for consistent progress and quality reporting to executive management. The candidate will work in close cooperation with regional organizations, as well as other functions such as Planning, Customer Service, Safety/Health/Environment, Purchasing, Controlling and Business in order to achieve superior results.

Who we are looking for

  • Recent outstanding graduate that is fluent in English, with strong verbal and writing skills
  • Experience in Supply chain/ Logistics consultancy for FMCG clients
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suit, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, detail orientation and affinity for working with numbers
  • Presentation skills (especially written) for preparation of executive management presentations
  • Organized way of working, retaining information and being able to retrieve information seamlessly
  • Ability to multi-task and handle several topics at the same time while meeting short deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate through different management levels and different communication channels, team player attitude
  • Proactive working style without need for supervision on repeating tasks
  • Productivity minded and able to meet short deadlines
  • Fast learner, absorbing information quickly and applying retained knowledge to professional situations immediately
