YOUR ROLE

• Is responsible for governance of some SC activities (LTSC meetings, MMSC meetings, quarterly calls)
• Supports other functions for restructuring activities and reorganization projects As a member of Supply Chain Planning Europe, you will advance the efficiency and consistency of our Planning processes and system landscape.
• Support the implementation of new processes in Supply Planning Harmonize workflow within the newly created business unit Henkel Consumer Brands gain detailed insights on our HCB portfolio which includes Laundry, Home Care, Hair, and Beauty products.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize inventory strategies while maintaining adequate stock levels. Analyze excess inventory and slow-moving items to identify root causes and propose solutions. Learn APO SNP (SAP planning tool for Supply Planning)
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the planning landscape. participate in our Supply Planning reporting with regular refreshes and put to practice analytical skills through understanding of Henkel planning data.
• Support in the preparation of presentations and connect with regional Planning teams across Europe.

YOUR SKILLS

• Supply chain management project/program management analytics FMCG Master’s student in the field of Economics or Supply Chain Management Relevant work experience (e.g., internships), preferably in a leading FMCG company International experience, e.g., internships or semesters abroad, is beneficial. problem-solving and analytical skills - understand and interpret data.
• Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis Fluency in English
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel High level of motivation and true team player attitude
• Available for a full-time 6 month internship from November 2023
