YOUR ROLE

• Inventory and production planning of finish goods for Europe and overseas
  
• Responsible for maintaining a consistent and timely supply of goods to the market
  
• Taking decisions on balancing cost vs the service
  
• Evaluating project backlogs at manufacturing sites, taking corrective actions and proposing solutions
  
• Delivering against key planning KPIs & targets
  
• Drive collaboration and ensure a successful partnership with key stakeholders
  
• Focus on process improvements and problem solving
  
• Part of key user planning community
  
• Acting as a role model and coacher towards supply planning team
   

YOUR SKILLS 

• University degree in Economics, Logistics, Management, Controlling, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Supply Chain management / Planning / Logistics /SAP IT planning solutions / Consumer goods industry / Sales operations / Demand planning
• Advanced level of ENGLISH language (min C1), another language is an advantage
• Maintain end-to-end mindset and focus on details while considering the bigger picture
• Advanced MS Office knowledge, as well as SAP R/3 and SNP APO
• Programming skills such as VBA (macros) would be considered as an advantage
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, self-drive
• Team player who can effectively collaborate within cross-functional and cross-regional teams
