YOUR ROLE
- Centralized business operation of key account - WM Group (Walmart&Sam's). Primary Objectives includes: annual agreement negotiation and planning total WM business at national wide, coaching field sales team to castcade joint business plan to fulfill sales target at local within budget.
- Deliver sales target within budget.
- Manage AR & control trade spending.
- Pay attention to store execution to push POS growth against target with reasonable resources.
- Principal Accountabilities
- Plan and coordinate with customers to deliver sales target within budget.
- Key account management daily work through co-op with interval departments
- Coach field sales team
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year + FMCG industry experience Major
- 1-3 years Working Year
- FMCG Industry
- Good English
