YOUR ROLE

• Develop a portfolio strategy, assortment & planograms recommendation for trade partners
• Support Marketing and Sales departments with Shopper Marketing / Assortment & Shelf strategy
• Develop category management projects with key Clients; steer project implementation & follow-up on results
• Guarantee innovation listing & shelf-visibility in launch momentums
• Analyze own assortment performance & market trends/development in each key client
• Support Field Team with Shopper / Category intel

YOUR SKILLS

• Min. 2 years of experience in Shopper Marketing / Category Management 
• Educational Background related to Business Administration and Economics
• Fluent Portuguese and English • Analytical thinking
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate / deal with stakeholders
• Good attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
• Location: Lisbon or nearby based
