YOUR ROLE

·Support the team in the development of Talent Acquisition strategic objectives.

·Provide services covering specific areas of Recruitment, including candidate selection, vendor management, analysis of Recruitment metrics, and/or other Recruitment services.

·Create job descriptions that reflect the requirements for each position

·Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Tracking System

·Support various recruiting projects and programs

YOUR SKILLS

·Languages: English - Advanced (spoken & written)

·MS Office applications - advanced (Excel: Pivot tables, functions, conditionals, shortcuts)

·Transformation capability and aim to seek knowledge.

·Background in agenda management, problem resolution and results oriented responsibility.
