YOUR ROLE
- Lead and review one or many Innovation Projects mainly in APAC but also globally
- Manage / facilitate regular interaction between innovation team members in a virtual team environment to speed project pace
- Define and manage project milestones to ensure alignment with global SBU
- plans and Innovation Strategy, including financial business plans, technical roadmaps, customer roadmaps, positioning and/or risk analysis
- Lead cross-functional project team(s) to accomplish the project deliverables
- Identify potential key project gaps / hurdles and provide alternative solutions in order to meet the business and timeline targets.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on selected portfolio projects
- Oversee product launch stage in the ADP to ensure adequate quality before launch.
