Do you dare to make an impact?
- Identifies, negotiates and ensures the completion status for important B2B sales projects for Henkel in order to achieve the performance targets agreed within the division;
- Identify important projects in which Henkel Romania can become a partner or supplier;
- Develops work contacts with the central and local authorities, in order to identify business opportunities;
- Prepares the necessary documents for tenders, offers according with customer& Henkel Romania company technical and trading requests;
- Ensures the compliance of contractual terms during all phases of project;
- Follows the material deliveries contract progress to projects, large objectives, developers;
- Prepares reports and sustain presentations according to the direct superior request;
- Sets individual targets based on objective criteria for Henkel’s internal sales force and distributor’s sales force and controls targets achievement;
- Provides periodic evaluation, trainings and coaching for his team (distributor sales force);
- Ensures that subordinates know very well Henkel’s products, work& conduct policies and have the adequate level of technical& personal skills according with their hierarchical position.
