YOUR ROLE

Provide art direction and develop concepts and themes for graphic design requests
Process advanced/complex graphic design requests
Lead and oversee pilot projects; Quality check of requests and providing feedback to designers
Accountable for overall design elements, project execution and responsible for providing creative direction and input, and ensuring that the final product matches the aligned design concept
Collaborate with local team and offshore stakeholders to conceptualize design and align timelines

YOUR SKILLS

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Digital Media or any design-related course
Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience in art/creative direction of digital or print projects; preferably with experience in working with advertising agencies
Must have advanced proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud Applications; Must have exceptional project management/coordination skills
Highly creative, organized with strong attention to detail; Has ability to interpret and execute on design direction from non-creative stakeholders (i.e., finance, HR, sales, operations etc.)
