The Sales Engineer is a professional sales position, based remotely, responsible for servicing Surface Treatment and E-Coat accounts primarily in the states of Kentucky and Tennessee for the Automotive Components Strategic Business Unit. The Sales Engineer effectively interfaces regularly with all levels of Henkel and customer organizations, requiring exceptional communication skills. Our business strategy is based on a value-added approach to the market. The Sales Engineer is responsible for developing sales by researching and resolving customer problems, recommending modifications to the product, introducing new products, and coordinating sales negotiations with appropriate personnel along with maintaining current customer base.

- Continuously update professional selling and leadership skills to keep pace with the practical daily business use of business software and communication equipment and to acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Henkel products and their application in customer processes.
