Do you dare to make an impact?


  • Acts as single point of contact for assigned export customer portfolio
  • Ensures all day to day export customers related activities are dealt with in a courteous, accurate, timely manner, adhering to business standards
  • Enforces successful execution of Daily Operations Cycle (improved End Customer Service Level performance and faster response to incidences)
  • Maintains and increases customer loyalty, by building relationships
  • Assuming responsibility for the customer interaction and ad-hoc analysis during inbound calls; monitoring of cases managed in Support Office
  • Taking part in Customer Services projects that will contribute to improved service levels, business growth, increased efficiencies and consequently reduced costs


  • University degree in Business Administration or related departments
  • Min 2 years of experience in Customer Services Export departments preferably within international organizations
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written
  • Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications
  • Good at problem solving, planning and offering proactive approach
  • Able to operate in a cross-cultural and complex matrix environment with support of strong interpersonal communication skills
