- Het opzetten van een “continuous improvement” concept voor locatie Scheemda, gekoppeld aan het Henkel Productie Systeem
- Project Management gebaseerd op het CI concept op de locatie
- Organisatie en uitvoering van “continuous improvement” workshops en HPS trainingen
- Definiëren en toezicht houden op CI KPI’s
- Afhandeling van taken gerelateerd aan duurzaamheid (Sustainability)
